Social Sustainability is a central pillar to Mowgli. This enables us to enrich the lives of our teams and give back to the communities that we belong to and serve.
Each restaurant supports a dedicated House Charity for whom we raise in the region of £40k per year.
A dedicated Charity Champion is trained in each restaurant to work with the House Charity to organise fun and creative fundraising.
We appoint a dedicated Sustainability Champion in each restaurant. Our Champions are representatives for real change within our restaurants. They educate our teams on how we can act to help protect the planet.
We sponsor a child in need for every full-time employee that we recruit, and send our teams to the communities we support to meet our sponsored children personally.
