How do I join Mowgli Loyalty?
Download the Mowgli Loyalty app via Apple Store or Google Play Store and register to join. As a new loyalty member, you will receive a free stamp.
I haven’t received a verification email to complete my registration.
Please ensure you are entering the correct email address and have access to the email inbox. It may take up to 5 minutes for the verification to arrive. Please make sure you check your email or spam folders. If still not received you can re-send a new code via the app.

Load the App, tap “Forgot password?”, and follow the instructions in our email.
How do I change my preferences?
Tap your account button in the top right corner and select “Edit your profile” near the top of the screen.
I’ve opted in to receive emails. How often will Mowgli email me?
We will only email you with offers and promotions that match your selected preferences. We won’t email you often, only when we have something to say that we think you will like.
I forgot to get my stamp the last time I visited. Can I still collect my stamp?
Yes, you can email feedback@mowglistreetfood.com with a picture of your receipt. We will enter the details, and if the system confirms that a stamp has yet to be allocated to this bill, we will add a stamp for you. Please be aware that you cannot collect missing stamps from a Mowgli restaurant.
Can I earn stamps on kids’ meals?
You can earn a stamp on any visit that exceeds £10.
I have two Mowgli loyalty memberships. Can I combine my stamps?
Unfortunately not, stamps cannot be transferred between membership accounts.
Can I share my stamps with other people?
Unfortunately not, stamps cannot be transferred between membership accounts.
I spent more than £10 on one visit but only received one stamp. Why?
The limit is one stamp per person per transaction over £10.
How long does it take for my account to be updated once I’ve collected a stamp?
Your account should be instantly updated. You may need to refresh the App.
I have earned my £25 reward; how do I use it?
You can use your reward at any participating Mowgli Street Food restaurant. Show a team member the voucher code from your app wallet, and the £25 will be subtracted from your bill.
Can I claim free food instead of taking money off my bill?
Reward vouchers can only be used against your bill when dining and are not exchangeable for food, drink or merchandise items.
Can I change my reward into cash or a gift card?
No, rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable for any other tender.
Can I send my reward to someone else?
Yes, you can. The reward is single-use, and once the code has been used and the reward has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.
Can I use one more reward at a time?
Only one offer can be used per order; this includes your Birthday Brownie.
Where can I check my reward history?
Tap “My gifts” and scroll down to “Rewards History.”
How long do I have to use My Rewards?
Rewards last for 12 months.
Can I use a reward and pay with a Mowgli gift card?
Yes, after the reward has been applied, a gift card can be used to pay the remainder of the bill.
I have referred a friend to the Mowgli app; how am I rewarded?
You can use our refer-a-friend- feature to collect additional stamps. You can find your unique refer-a-friend code by scrolling down below your stamp card or by tapping your account section in the top right corner of the screen and selecting “Refer a friend.” Send them a refer a friend referral code. They download the App and use this code when signing up. Once they use the App in a restaurant, for their first purchase, you will be rewarded with a free stamp.
How do I add my Stamp Card to my mobile wallet?
You can add your Stamp Card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. Just tap on the “Add to Wallet” button in the “Add Stamp” pop up.
How do I access my Stamp Card from my mobile wallet?
Apple: Open the Apple Wallet app on your phone to access your Mowgli Stamp Card. Android: Open the Google Pay app on your phone to access your Mowgli Stamp Card.
How do I close my account?
Tap the person icon account section in the top right corner, or “Edit profile” in the menu. Select “Close your account”, follow the on-screen instructions or email feedback@mowglistreetfood.com, and we will remove your membership for you.
