Mowgli e-gift and physical cards are available for purchase online via this website. E-gifts will be received by the email address entered into the delivery details, and Physical cards will be dispatched to the shipping address entered.
Who can I send an email gift card to?
Email e-gift cards can be sent to anyone with a valid UK email address. This can be scheduled for a specific delivery date and time of your choice or can be delivered straight after purchase.
What if the e-gift is not received?
If you do not receive your e-gift, please email our team on email@example.com and we shall respond to you as soon as possible.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
Mowgli Street Food is not responsible for lost, stolen, damage or unauthorised use of gift cards or e-gifts. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please keep your gift cards safe as we would hate for you to lose them.
Can I return my e-gift?
Once purchased, gift cards and e-gifts are non-refundable.
Why does Eagle Eye Solutions Ltd. appear on my bank statement?
This website and orders for Mowgli Street Food Limited e-gift cards made through the website are managed by our third-party service provider, Eagle Eye Solutions Ltd., 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, registered in England company number 04745717. The gift card customer is contracting with Eagle Eye Solutions Ltd. and the payment for the gift purchase will show as Eagle Eye Solutions Ltd. on the bank statement. Mowgli Street Food gift cards can be used at any of our Indian home kitchens. Please click here to find the location of your closest restaurant.
How do I spend the e-gift I received via email?
To use your e-gift all you need to do is show your e-gift email containing the unique gift code to your server.
Do I have to spend all of the money on my gift card in one go?
No, you do not have to spend the total value of your e-gift in one go. Please feel free to join us again and spend the remaining value before the expiry date. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the e-gift will be paid by the redeemer.
Physical gift cards can only be used once and so the balance cannot be used on multiple occasions. Any remaining balance is not exchangeable with cash or another gift and will be automatically forfeited if not redeemed.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Mowgli Street Food e-gifts are valid for 1 year, and physical gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
