All items will be sent to you via Royal Mail post.

While we do our best to send out your items as soon as possible please allow for up to two weeks for your items to be delivered.



Returns / Refunds

If you need to return goods to Mowgli Street Food Shop, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that anything you would like to return is unused, in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging.

Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card within 10 working days.

We will refund your order including original and return postage if your purchase is damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Under all other circumstances, we will refund the cost of the item but you will need to pay postage. Please be advised that refunds can only be made on receipt of the item in its original condition, so if items are sent back uninsured it is at your own risk.

Please note we do not offer exchanges.



Lost Gift Cards

Lost gift cards cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please keep your gift cards safe as we would hate for you to lose them!
